The Smallest Nom: Grey Skies and Bright Pinks

Hey! Did everybody have a lovely weekend? It was a close friend's engagement party on Saturday so me and the other half went and ended up drinking our weight in spirits, it was a good night!

I've gone a bit mad for pink recently. This is highly unusual for me, I used to avoid it like the plague in my "goth" days . My boyfriend detests it, so I've been sneaky and bought new pinky things in small doses to avoid the meltdown we had when I innocently picked up a neon pink jumper in River Island a few weeks ago and said it was nice. Cue look of horror.
Today I've used it as a springy accent to my grey/black outfit.Picked up this pretty scarf in New Look on Friday. I LOVE this floral pattern and it brightens up my grey long t shirt nicely. Also I have new ARM CANDY haha! This black Topshop bag has been my constant companion since it was spied in march. "But I haven't got a small black bag!" was my BIRHT excuse. It also looks quite mulberry like which is probably as close as I'll get to having one.
Other pink things include new Max Factor lipstick in "English Rose" a lovely rosy spring colour and Rimmel nail polish in "Rose Libertine". Unfortunately it's too bright for work so will be coming off tonight, it's not just my boyfriend who doesn't like pink it seems. Primarni had a shoe sale which resulted in these studded pumps another man repeller look but I love them, ha! xx
