Review : Spa Night At Home

Hello everybody hope you've all had a good week. I've been spending money on decorating my bedroom finally. My sister moved out a few months ago so I've been saving up to buy a new double bed and wardrobe to house my expanding collection of clothes. I started painting today but gave in after 4 hours. My bed is getting delivered in 3 weeks so I've got to get my room ready in between working - challenge!
I've been doing lots of overtime recently and therefore fallen off the wagon with my healthy eating. A KFC looks good after 10.5 hours behind a counter rather than a salad. I decided to refocus and sort myself out a bit- body and diet.

I tried these new products out on a rare day off at the start of this week. Trusty Boots again. My skin has got really bad recently and I've been using my cleanser from my previous post but I  knew I needed something deeper to really start to clean the mess that is my face. So I decided to have spa night. I had a bath and used my new No.7 Luxury Shower Oil for a treat. It smells divine. But alas that was it!  It contains Grape seed and Argon oils which soften the skin and looked the business .It claims to make a rich lather but I had to use loads to get anything ... disappointing. However my skin was soft and did smell really nice afterwards.
After complaining about my skin congestion, the lovely Daniela from Couture & Crumpets suggested I should use a clay mask to clear out my pores. She recommended Ren's Invisible Pores Detox Mask but I'm poor at the moment so I got this Sanctuary Spa one from Boots for £2 for now while I gather funds for the Ren version. I chose the 5 minute Thermal Detox Mask. The mask heats up when applied to damp skin. It's very sudden and feels like you're pressing your face against a warm radiator if you've ever done that mind! My skin was glowing afterwards, it was amazing and I would definitely recommend this if you need a quick skin pick me up such good value for money especially if you did a 3 for 2 offer they always have in Boots.
Here's a picture of me in spa mode, enjoy!
